GIRL GUIDES OF CANADA / SCOUTS CANADA– EARN YOUR FIRST AID BADGES!
Little Medical School - Calgary is proud to offer fun and educational programs to help Canada Girl Guides/Scouts Canada earn their First Aid badges. These custom programs cover a wide selection of first aid topics, taught by a passionate instructor in our signature interactive format. Your girl guides will finish the class understanding and able to apply real first aid.
The following First Aid badge requirements will be met:
- Learning how to call 911 and ask for help
- Learning from someone who treats injured people
- Learning how to treat minor injuries
- Learning how to prevent and treat outdoor injuries
- Making a first aid kit
How It Works
Location: Programs are hosted at the venue of your choice – we come to you!
Duration: Programs include 60 minutes of interactive instruction.
Ages: Programs are designed for Girl Guides: Sparks, Brownies and Guides and Scouts Canada: Beaver Scouts and Cub Scouts.
Class Size: We require a minimum of 8 students to book a badge program. To ensure our instructors may provide personal attention to everyone, we recommend 8-12 students per session. For larger groups, we will provide multiple instructors.
Cost: $30 per student. Each Girl Guide will also receive their own premium Little Medical School first aid kit. Little Medical School - Calgary will provide a certificate for completing the badge program. Physical badges are to be provided by Guide Leaders.
