Role of a LMS Master franchisee:

A Master franchisee is responsible for opening the first pilot location in their country. Once it is firmly established they will open additional sub franchises corporately or sell sub franchises to local entrepreneurs. Master franchisees core obligations are growing and building awareness to the brand. Master franchisees are not responsible for teaching the programs. They are ideally sales/marketing oriented and focused on bringing our unique programming to the children of their country.

Training and Support

We provide our Master franchisees a four day franchise training at our head office in St Louis, Missouri. Training covers curriculum, marketing, hiring and training of instructors, technology tools, online registration, advertising, classroom management and adaptation of our programs to the educational standards of your country.
Our franchisees receive continuous franchise support throughout the life of the business. In fact, all of our new curriculum that is developed by our board of certified professionals is included free of charge. Master Franchisees speak regularly with our support staff and strategize on how to grow the many streams of revenue we provide our franchisees. We have a Franchise advisory council and an annual convention franchisees attend where Master franchisees can share best practices with other Master franchisees from separate countries.
